The recent historic voyage to visit the soldiers and people of the Truong Sa (Spratly) Islands and the DK1 platforms, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press, was not only a journey of gratitude but also a heartfelt mission to deliver love and solidarity to the soldiers guarding the country’s remote frontlines. During this meaningful expedition, Double Fish was honored to accompany the delegation, bringing meaningful gifts — table tennis tables, table tennis racket, and balls — to seven island outposts, delivered directly aboard the fisheries surveillance vessel KN-290, which we had the privilege of traveling with for over a week.

For Double Fish, this was not merely a charitable activity, but a heartfelt commitment to stand alongside our homeland’s maritime territories. We understand that life on remote islands poses many material and emotional challenges for the soldiers. By delivering these gifts, we hope to make a small contribution to improving their living conditions and bringing them moments of joy and connection.

On the mainland, table tennis is a popular sport that helps develop physical fitness, agility, and team spirit. We hope that soldiers stationed on distant islands can enjoy similar experiences. The time spent playing and training with table tennis can help them:
