Offensive Tactics
Confrontation is an important tactic that offensive players often use when confronting each other. It is an important means for both sides to use speed, rotation, change of landing point and light and heavy force to suppress each other and gain the initiative.

common tactics
① Tactic of attacking two corners
② Waiting for an opportunity to attack
③ Squeeze the opponent's backhand tightly, combine practice, and wait for an opportunity to attack

pull tactics
The pull-attack tactics of table tennis are fast-break tactics, which are mainly used to deal with the chopping style. It is divided into two application methods: forehand pull and smash, and backhand pull and smash. The main feature of pull attack is to continuously use forehand quick pull to create offensive opportunities, and then use assault and smash as a means of scoring.

common tactics
① After pulling the backhand, attack the diagonal line sideways or chase the ball in the middle.
② Pull the middle to kill the two corners or pull the two corners to kill the middle.
③ Pull one corner or kill the other corner
④ Combination of pulling and hanging, waiting for an opportunity to attack.

counterattack tactics
This tactic mainly relies on steady cutting to limit the opponent's offensive ability and create favorable conditions for one's own counterattack. It has obvious changes in the spin and rhythm of the return ball, and is an important scoring method for chippers to win.

① Cut the ball and not spin the ball, wait for an opportunity to counterattack
② Cut long and short balls, wait for an opportunity to counterattack
③ Press the two corners and wait for an opportunity to counterattack
④ Cut the two corners crosswise to attack the opponent's weakness
⑤ Combination of cutting, blocking and attacking, waiting for an opportunity to attack


looper tactic
There are two types of forward arcing and turning arcing. Because the arcing tactic effectively combines speed and rotation, it has good robustness, strong adaptability, high performance rate, strong rotation, and strong offensiveness.
